Anita Walker is a long-standing senior accountant at O’Halloran North Shore Ltd, with 30 years of experience. She has always had a passion for developing enduring, quality relationships with clients that reach beyond their accounting needs. She enjoys supporting clients and understanding what is most important to them by focusing on their needs. She believes that the most satisfying part of her role is these relationships and being able to make a difference. She is always enthusiastic about assisting with improving her client’s current position to ensure that they enjoy the benefits from improving their systems, business and tax position to meet their long-term goals and aspirations. Anita is a strong believer in the 3 Freedoms, being Time Freedom, Financial Freedom and Mind Freedom and gains satisfaction from helping clients to achieve these.
Anita is married to Richard, who is a Captain in the Royal NZ Navy and has twins (Michael and Caitlin) and a daughter (Sophia). She enjoys travelling, spending time at their bach in Kinloch, boating, fishing, squash, book club, the gym and walking her dog.
She works part-time specialising not only in compliance and tax matters, but also in a support role in business coaching.
